This website is operated by LoveCove. Throughout the site, “LoveCove,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LoveCove. By visiting the site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on this website.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site or our products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, or violate the rights of others.

2. Online store and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to offer products and services to you. Your use of payment, account, and checkout features may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of Shopify and the relevant service providers.

3. Products and availability

Some products may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities. We try to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, patterns, and photographs accurately. Because monitors, lighting, and handcrafted or cut-glass details may vary, we cannot guarantee that every display will reproduce the product exactly. Minor variations that do not affect ordinary use are not necessarily defects.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to a person, region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary. All offers are void where prohibited.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Displayed product prices include applicable sales taxes and VAT. The price shown at checkout is the price charged, subject to correction of obvious errors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, legal restrictions, or apparent unauthorized resale. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund and attempt to notify you using the information supplied at checkout.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. LoveCove offers free standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout, with an estimated total delivery time of 7–12 business days for most supported destinations. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including our 30-day request window and special process for damaged or incorrect glassware.

7. Taxes, customs, and local charges

Applicable sales taxes and VAT are included in product prices. Customs duties, customs-clearance fees, carrier handling charges, and other non-tax local charges, if any, remain the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly shown at checkout. Customs clearance and carrier events may delay delivery.

8. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep site information accurate and current, but errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when permitted by law, including after an order has been submitted.

9. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, product photographs, graphics, branding, layout, and original media, are owned by or licensed to LoveCove and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, scrape, or exploit site content without written permission.

10. Reviews, feedback, and submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, idea, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful, misleading, abusive, or malicious material. You grant LoveCove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, translate, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.

11. Third-party services and links

The site may include third-party payment tools, analytics, apps, carriers, or links. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or separate practices. Review the applicable third-party terms before using them.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that data may be processed by Shopify and other service providers needed to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, deliver orders, and provide support.

13. Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveCove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LoveCove and its service providers against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive where appropriate.

18. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence remain unaffected. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith so we can attempt to resolve them.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the stated update date. Continued use of the site after publication means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
